What’s still to come today?

It’s a super Saturday all right, with 33 gold medals being decided today.
While so much has already happened, there’s still plenty more to come. Here are just a few highlights:
- In the evening’s athletics, which gets under way at 19:00 BST, Jamaica’s 100m champion Elaine Thompson-Herah is favourite to win her second gold in the 200m;
- Meanwhile, the women’s 800m final could come down to England’s Keely Hodgkinson or Scotland’s Laura Muir and Jemma Reekie;
- Gold medals will also be won in the women’s hammer, 400m hurdles, and the men’s pole vault, 5,000m, 400m hurdles and 200m will all also be settled;
- Jack Laugher will go for his third gold medal of the Games in the men’s 3m springboard final at 18:05 BST, while compatriots Eden Cheng and Andrea Spendolini Sirieix will bid for women’s synchronised 10m platform glory.
- England men take on holders Australia in the hockey semi-finals at 20:15;
- Northern Ireland’s Gary Kelly will face Australia’s Aaron Wilson in the lawn bowls men’s singles final at 16:30;
- England’s Alison waters and Adrian Waller are in squash doubles semi-final action from 18:00;
- Jack Hunter-Spivey will play for table tennis gold at 19:00.
