Many sport fans have headed to Birmingham to enjoy the games and everything that the city has to offer.
But just when do the Commonwealth Games end, is there a closing ceremony, and when is the next one expected to take place?
When do the Commonwealth Games end?
There is only a couple of days of the Commonwealth Games left to go, as they come to an end on Monday, August 8.
You can keep up with all the action until then with coverage on BBC One and iPlayer, as well as catch up with coverage so far since the games began on July 28.
When is the closing ceremony and how to it watch on TV?
The closing ceremony will also be taking place on August 8 and is set to commence at 8pm.
It will be held at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium – the same location as the wild opening ceremony, which featured a giant bull, a Union Jack made out of 72 cars, and a lemon-shaped hot air balloon.
The closing ceremony is broadcast live on BBC One and will also be available to stream on iPlayer from 8pm until 10pm.
When and where is the next Commonwealth Games?
The next Commonwealth Games will take place in the State of Victoria, Australia from March 17 until March 29, 2026.
Whereas previous Commonwealth Games have been held in one city, Victoria 2026 will be held by the start with a number of regional cities hosting events, including Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat and Gippsland.
The baton will be handed over to the organisers of Victoria 2026 at the closing ceremony in Birmingham on Monday, as is the tradition at the games.
The opening ceremony for the 2026 games is set to be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
